Forms of Payment

We accept various forms of payment, including Private Pay, Long-Term Care Insurance and VA Aid & Attendance. Unfortunately, most Medicare does not cover non-medical care at this time. We do not accept Medicaid.
Private Pay
We accept all forms of private pay such as checks, credit cards, and various forms of online payments.
Long Term Care Insurance
We accept most Long Term Care Insurance (LTC) policies and can assist you in determining your LTC coverages, requirements and limitations, as well as assisting with the application process. We can set it up for direct pay, so that the client does not need to worry about reimbursement, or we can bill client or responsible party if they prefer to manage insurance and care payments.
Veterans Aid & Attendance Benefits
We accept VA Aid & Attendance pension benefits for veterans and/or their spouse (including widows or widowers). We can assist with determination of qualification as well as help with the application process.

3 hour visit = $81 minimum 2 hour visit = $60 minimum 1 hour visit = $40 minimum
Couple Services - Add $2.00/hour for each additional care recipient.
Note: There is no additional charge for nights, evenings or weekends. * Minimum 8 hours (or minimum 7 one-hour shifts) required per week. * Live-in and 12 hour overnight shifts require room and board for the caregiver(s), and that caregivers are able to get adequate rest during most nights.
Care Level Descriptions
Level 1 - Companion Care Includes Companionship, Conversation and Meal Preparation
Level 2 - Moderate Care Includes any of the above plus Light Personal Care, Toileting Assistance, Ambulation Supervision, Light Housekeeping, Medication Management, Errands and Transportation. Level 3 - Total Care Includes any of the above plus Bed Care, Moderate Personal Care, Feeding, Dressing, Incontinence Care, and Transfers. Level 4 - Extended Care Includes any of the above plus care requiring Nurse Delegation including Ostomy Care, Catheter Care, Trach Care, Tube Feeding, Insulin Injections, Minor Wound Care, Medication Administration, etc.
Variation Rates are determined based on the client’s individual needs and requirements. A free evaluation is performed prior to start, at which time the level of care is determined. Rates are subject to change.

We provide service up to 24 hours, 7 days/week. Office Hours are M-F 8:30 - 5 pm We are available to our clients and potential clients at all hours.
