Secure Home Care is owned and operated by Michael Perry. As a step-parent of a disabled adult son, and a senior himself, Michael understands the value of professional and compassionate caregivers. Michael is personally involved in every case, including meeting with each potential or new client to perform a complimentary needs assessment, and to carefully explain our services and how Secure Home Care can meet your needs, or the needs of your loved one. We hand-select each caregiver based on our assessment of compatibility and need, then return at the commencement of service to introduce our caregiver and ensure that everything starts out on a positive note. Whether it’s a just a few hours, or up to 24 hour awake or live-in care, safety monitoring, or social companionship, we can help.

What distinguishes us
We provide compassionate in-home personal assistance caregiver services to seniors and disabled individuals throughout the greater DFW area.• SHC Premiere Choice software solution provides for telephony and GPS based clock in/out, as well as a secure Family Portal where clients and family members can log in to see when caregiver clocked in and out each day, and what they did. They can also communicate with SHC and other family members about their loved ones and have access to care documents.• Secure Home Care has a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) on staff allowing caregivers to provide crossover Nurse Delegation services.• SHC Owner/Administrator(s) personally meet with the client and caregiver at the start of every new case to insure positive communication, understanding and satisfaction, and that each jobstarts in a positive direction.• No minimum daily hours, reduced rates for more than 20 hours, no increase for nights, evenings or weekend care.• Hourly and live-in care available 365 days per year.• Our hiring standards are the highest in the industry. Caregivers are W-2 employees, insured, bonded and covered by workplace accident insurance. Staff are trained, background checked (4 areas), and past employment verified.• Staff is comprised of CNA’s, CHHA’s and experienced caregivers (average 5+ years). CNA staff able to care for Hospice, severe incontinence and other difficult care settings. Alzheimer’sand dementia trained staff available.• SHC works with, and assists with application and filing for, various long term care insurance plans, workers’ compensation insurance and Veterans’ Improved Pension programs.• Licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.• The SHC Compatibility Guarantee provides that if a caregiver is not suitable to the client for any reason, he or she will be replaced. You can rest assured knowing your loved one will receive competent, reliable care, and that any problems that may arise will be handled in a prompt and professional manner.
